The violence and social unrest that categorized life in Port Au Prince in 2021 has now spread across the country. Gangs have tightened their grip on fuel depots and supply chains. This has caused shortages of food, runaway inflation, and immeasurable strain on everyone. Just in the months from July to October, food costs have more than doubled and fuel has increased 2000%. Fear of kidnapping has gripped neighborhoods, while gangs have risen to a dominant place of power.
Through the combined efforts of our wonderful partners and our amazing Haitian led team on the ground, lives are being changed EVERYDAY! Orphaned children now have a home. Struggling families are being strengthened. The hungry are being fed. The sick are being treated. Lives are being saved. Eternities are being impacted as thousands have trusted Jesus as their Savior!

Tragically, some end up orphaned or abandoned with no place to call home. Others have no access to education or medical care. They often are living in fear of evil spirits, having never heard the Good News of Jesus Christ. Many families are in crisis and struggling. So many are feeling hopeless today, but….

We are providing help and hope to thousands. With your partnership, Children’s Hope is providing a safe and secure home to 58 orphaned children in Haiti. We are strengthening families as we educate more than 650 children in our Christian schools and provide medical care to over 6000 community members each year through our clinic. More than 200 elderly and other individuals with little access to food are receiving vital food supplies at our monthly food distributions.
We’re also partnering with local Haitian churches to bring food, medical care, and hope into local prisons. Our Bible Training Center is providing training for dozens of pastors and church leaders that continue to be launched out to plant new churches and serve their existing churches.
