Post- Adoption Reports

Post-adoption reports are due 3, 6, and 12 months after placement and will be written and submitted by your social worker. After the first year, the Ethiopian government requests that informal post-adoption reports be submitted by the family each year until your child(ren) reaches the age of fifteen (15). We will forward these reports to Ethiopia. Six good quality photos are required with each report including close-up of the child(ren).
